One Year Policy Holders

Multi-Year Policy Holders

1. An initial full calibration to maintain traceability.
   
2. Yearly Calibration
   
3. Yearly Firmware upgrades that are applicable at each calibration interval.
   
4. Yearly PM (Preventative Maintenance) work such as cleaning of unit, replacing noisy fans, etc.
   
5. Acetech Asset Insurance Warranty includes repairs (parts & labor), evaluations, phone support, and accompanying calibrations.
   

What are my next steps?

1. Call or email your Acetech representative to answer any questions you may have.
   
2. Send the list of equipment you are seeking to insure.
   
3. Upon receiving the equipment list Acetech will determine and notify you which unit(s) in your asset pool qualify for Acetech Asset Insurance.
   
4. Your company ships the agreed upon instrument(s) to Acetech.
   
5. Acetech experienced technicians evaluate units to determine if they qualify for Acetech Asset Insurance.
   
6. If and when your unit passes, it is calibrated to ISO 17025. From that point on you are protected against repair costs for the duration of the contract.
